Synergy Launches Site Covering Chelsea Office Space

Synergy’s newest web site focuses on office space in Chelsea. The new site features detailed market information and hopes to connect with businesses looking for space or to renegotiate an existing lease by explaining the company’s services and commitment to customers.

This marks the first site created for a specific neighborhood in Manhattan and likely won’t be the last as the company plans to create sites for SoHo, Times Square and Midtown.

Synergy Real Estate Group is reporting that they have launched a new site for businesses looking for Los Angeles warehouse space. The new site features nearly 40 different LA submarkets with each one having comprehensive information like major roads, ports and commercial centers to help businesses find space near specific areas and access points. The new site was launched following an increase for warehouse space in Los Angeles and the Inland Empire area.

Downtown Manhattan Vacancy Rates On the Rise

A new article shows that vacancy rates in Manhattan’s downtown are beginning to head upward. Some of the more dire predictions have vacancy rates topping out in the high teens but with Manhattan’s real estate market showing signs of recovery and the national economy beginning to stabilize, the market may be in a better position.

Downtown’s office market woes are one of the reasons that community and city leaders are having trouble deciding on what will become of the site of the former Deutsche Bank building.
